You can disable or permanently delete a user from your organisation’s installation.

Disable an account (recommended):

Disabling prevents login but keeps the user’s data.

  1. Click Users in the administration console.
  2. Click the user you want to disable.
  3. Turn off Enabled on the Details tab.
  4. Click Save.

Delete an account permanently:

  1. Click Users and click the user.
  2. Click Delete user [VERIFY: location in UI].
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
