You can disable or permanently delete a user from your organisation’s installation.
Disable an account (recommended):
Disabling prevents login but keeps the user’s data.
- Click Users in the administration console.
- Click the user you want to disable.
- Turn off Enabled on the Details tab.
- Click Save.
Delete an account permanently:
- Click Users and click the user.
- Click Delete user [VERIFY: location in UI].
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
