Collective Tools AI is built on Eneo, developed by the Swedish municipalities of Sundsvall and Ånge. The software is managed by an association of public sector members, so development and priorities are decided together, not by a single company.

Your data is never shared with a language model unless you choose to. Nothing is used to train models or passed on to third parties. The source code is open for independent audit.

Sovereignty

Installed on servers in Sweden, within the EU, or your own environment. You choose which language models to use, and can switch whenever you like.

Accessibility

The interface is evaluated on an ongoing basis against WCAG 2.2 AA.
