Use email in an external app

You can connect your email account to an app such as Thunderbird, Outlook, or Apple Mail.

  1. Open the email app you want to use.
  2. Choose to add a new email account.
  3. Enter your email address and password. The app usually finds the server settings automatically.
  4. If the app cannot find the settings automatically, contact your group or collective.tools support for server details.

All messages and folders sync automatically between the app and the web.
