Channels

Channels are used to keep conversations organized by topic or team.

Create a new channel:

1. Click the plus sign next to Channels in the left panel.
2. Select Create new channel.
3. Enter a channel name and an optional description.
4. Choose whether the channel should be public (anyone on the team can join) or private (invited only).
5. Click Create channel.

Join an existing channel:

1. Click the plus sign next to Channels.
2. Select More channels.
3. Browse or search and click Join next to the channel you want to join.
