Notifications

You can customize which notifications you receive and how they are delivered.

  1. Click your profile photo in the top right and select Settings.
  2. Choose Notifications.
  3. Set your preferences:
  • Desktop notifications: choose when to receive notifications (always, only for mentions, or never).
  • Email notifications: choose whether to receive email when you are offline.
  • Mentions: enter keywords that should trigger a notification.

Mute a channel:

  1. Right-click a channel in the left panel.
  2. Select Mute channel to pause notifications from that channel.
